Welcome to the Queen's Cuisine's and thank you for taking the time to 'visit' us.

The Queen's Cuisine is the dream of Chef and owner Jane Muscroft. Jane is British born and raised, she has lived in America for 10 years, initially in St Joseph, Missouri and more recently Glen Carbon, Illinois. Jane has been teaching English cooking classes at Dierbergs Cooking Schools for over 4 years.

In 2007 she launched the Queen's Cuisine LLC. The primary goal of the Queen's Cuisine is to serve high class teas in the traditional English manor. Teas have been served in several locations in the St Louis area. The Queen's Cuisine is proud to have hosted five very special teas over the past 3 years raising funds for the Relay for Life cancer charity.

In addition to serving teas the Queen's Cuisine also offers cooking classes, 'baked goods' and 'catering' services. Feel free to contact us with any request, we like a challenge. To date we have catered an Afghan meal for a book club reading 'A thousand Splendid Sons'. Traditional English pastries for a book club reading Jane Austins 'Pride and Prejudice' as well as children's birthday tea parties, numerous business meetings and informal group gatherings.
